Six project checkpoints
Each stage produces a different record.
The selected model and sales agreement define the inspection depth, sampling, test duration and approval responsibilities.
01Confirm the build
Record the model, SKU samples, channel layout, power supply, payment devices and software options in one approved specification. Agree measurable pass criteria and any buyer-supplied hardware before assembly.
Record: Approved specification and test plan
02Check incoming components
Compare critical components with the agreed bill of materials. Review identification, quantity, visible condition and supplied documentation; record substitutions for approval before use.
Record: Component checklist and substitution record
03Verify assembly and functions
Check wiring, connections, locks, service access and the configured delivery mechanism. Run representative products through the machine and record jams, damage or collection problems for correction.
Record: Assembly checklist and dispensing results
04Run the acceptance tests
Test the configured machine against the agreed cases, including payment exceptions, cooling recovery and connectivity where included. Log the setup, observations and result so a buyer can review what was actually tested.
Record: Serial-linked acceptance report
05Close issues and release
Assign an owner to each nonconformity, document the correction and repeat the affected test. Resolve release-blocking issues and obtain the agreed approval before the machine is packed.
Record: Correction log, retest evidence and release approval
06Prepare the service handover
Match machine serials to packages and confirm accessories, spare parts and available operating documents. Agree the support contact and the records needed for installation checks or fault diagnosis.
Record: Packing list and support handover file
