Product & location review
We map SKU dimensions, temperature, placement and expected transaction volume.
Payment & connectivity
Confirm the destination gateway, MDB devices, SIM, telemetry ownership and API needs.
Prototype, inspection & export
Acceptance criteria, spare parts, packing and rollout support are agreed before dispatch.
Verify documents for the exact machine.
Electrical and radio requirements vary by configuration and destination. We provide the project evidence available for review—without treating one model's documents as a blanket claim.
Certification marks here are buyer check points, not claims that every Foodline model holds every approval.

Inspection you can see
Request channel tests, refrigeration checks, burn-in records, pre-shipment inspection and packing evidence for your machine.
Request a model-specific test video →Scope the entire connected retail stack.
Hardware, terminal, network, cloud account and data rights must work together. We validate the selected components before production.
Nayax, Cantaloupe, CPI and other third-party hardware require validation of the exact model, protocol and destination. Compatibility is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.

Questions serious buyers ask early.
Use these answers to prepare a faster, more accurate quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the machine, options and customization. A sample unit may be possible for evaluation; the quotation confirms the applicable quantity and terms.
Can you customize the cabinet wrap and interface?
OEM graphics, labels and interface language can be scoped after artwork, order quantity and destination requirements are reviewed.
What is the production lead time?
Lead time varies with model, quantity, cooling, payment devices and software scope. A production window is stated in the project quotation.
Can you integrate Nayax, Cantaloupe, CPI or another payment device?
We review the exact terminal model, MDB protocol, mounting, network and destination market. Brand compatibility is confirmed per project, never assumed.
How are machines packed for ocean freight?
Export packing can include protective film, reinforced cartons, pallets or wooden cases. The exact packing and fumigation requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
How do warranty and spare parts work?
The project scope defines warranty coverage, a recommended spare-parts kit, remote diagnostics and the process for replacing critical components.
Which certifications are included?
Documentation depends on the machine configuration and destination. Request the declarations, test reports and component certificates applicable to the quoted model.
Who owns the software data and API access?
Dashboard accounts, subscriptions, SIM costs, data access, telemetry ownership and API rights should be documented before production.
